Oregon school sports participation operates with a standardized physical and paperwork. For school sports physicals, expect 10-15 minutes of pre-appointment paperwork, followed by a visit with the provider. Provider visit includes vital sign collection, vision, musculoskeletal examination and tests, and listening to the heart. Adult sports physicals should expect a similar evaluation. Expect about 30 minutes for the complete physical.
